Robert  M. Dickson

Robert (“Bob”) Dickson has been a litigator in Orange County for over three decades. Over that time, he has tried numerous jury trials and countless court trials and arbitrations. He began his practice in 1988 as a young associate in a Medical Malpractice defense firm. From there he practiced real estate law in a small firm in Newport Beach. Bob transitioned to work for the firm of the Harmon G. Scoville award winner, Robert von Esch II where he handled major litigation matters for the firm. During that time, he had a client that was a national marketing company who took him in house as its general counsel overseeing the Legal Dept. and Human Resources. There he interacted with major retailers across America including Wal Mart, Target and Kroger. In addition, he worked with consumer product companies such as General Mills, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. While he oversaw and participated in litigation for the company, he missed the day to day activities of a law office so he returned to it.  He is also a successful mediator and enjoys resolving matters before they become too costly (click on Medition Service button below).

Bob received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his JD from Western State University of Law.
